No longer the favored print of spring and summer months, florals have now become one of the major prints of choice for autumn & winter 2017-18.  With looks running the gamut from structured jackets and pants to maxi dresses used as an accent layer to an outfit, flower prints can help move your seasonal wardrobe smoothly from the warm weather months into the cooler portion of the year.  From tapestry boots to evening gowns in tulles, brocades, satins, and flowing textiles like organza, you can be as bold or as subdued as you like with the patterns you choose: tiny wildflowers, graphic Asian influenced prints, or bohemian blooms reminiscent of 1970's flower child chic.  Though Mother Nature will ensure that there will be grey wintery days ahead, where our closets are concerned, "everything's coming up roses".
